Napa-based agricultural client struggled to conduct talent management activities effectively due to limitations in the existing systems. An Istanbul-based hotel operations outsourcer was unable to keep up with finance functions due to competing priorities amidst continuous business growth. They requested CKG to conduct a Year-over-Year cash flow analysis, evaluate competitiveness of pricing structure to account for market conditions and bottom line performance, and assess opportunities for continued expansion. To do so, we analyzed five years of data to determine business health. Because our client's costs were pegged to Foreign Exchange fluctuations, we assessed impacts from the Lira volatility and re-negotiated contracts with existing vendors, stabilizing our client's cost structure. As a result, our client enabled a sustainable path forward and improved their pricing offerings, increasing revenue by ~70% through existing and new business.
